Swedish Massage

What is a Swedish Massage?

Long, sweeping strokes are performed to warm up the muscle tissue, releasing muscle tension and gradually breaking up muscle knots or adhered tissue.  Swedish massage improves blood circulation, increases the level of oxygen in the blood, helps removes toxins, improves flexibilty, eases tension and helps with pain management.  This can be classed a relaxation massage as pressure used is not as deep as a sports massage
